My phone indicated that this was a spam call.
The caller claimed to represent EE, offering an 'account promotion', but the authenticity of the call is questionable.
A call from this company just came in. Upon asking for their name, the person mentioned Accident Claims Expert, but his accent and the poor call quality made it hard to understand. When I stated I would sue for cold calling, he claimed their records showed I had been in an accident. Complete fabrications.
Claiming to be from the giffgaff promotional department, this number called me. I had just received a call from EE saying they had a promotion for me. I told them to call back on Monday since I was at work. On Monday, this number called me with the same offer. I questioned how they got my number, and they said EE had asked them to discuss it with me. Possible scam.
When this number called, there was only silence on the other end, prompting a swift disconnection.
