This morning, whilst I was still in bed, I received a call asking for my name. Seeing that it was from Oswestry, which meant nothing to me, I hung up. Shortly after, another call came in that I didn’t pick up, followed by a third call inquiring about my attendance at an Ultrasound appointment tomorrow, which I confirmed. I had already received two notifications regarding this appointment. Given the frequent scam warnings, I might have been a tad impolite during the last call. After checking my bank account, I looked up the number and discovered it was legitimate.
This is a genuine NHS service for Pysiological Measurements. They courtesy-called to confirm an upcoming scan.
