On sunday, i recieved a call from someone who clamed to be from the federal Government USA, they told me i could get a green card, but i had to pay $349 upfront, i knew it was a scam because im in my 70s

I was expecting a call from Airbnb to confirm my pass number and thats exactly what this was.
Following my request, this number provided a security code to verify my phone number with my ebay account, and after entering the code, my account was successfully verified, indicating that the call was legitimate
