Following a brief pause after answering, a male caller with an English accent requested to speak to someone in operations, citing marketing or the availability of a purchasing manager, which led me to conclude it was a sales pitch.

The caller claimed to be conducting research for a marketing firm, seeking direct communication with employees, but was advised to send an email instead.

A research claim was made by this caller, supposedly from a marketing firm, but their intention to communicate directly with our employees raised suspicions, prompting us to suggest email as a more appropriate channel.

Obviously, this so-called marketing firm had ulterior motives, attempting to circumvent protocol by directly contacting our employees, which prompted us to request they send a formal email instead.

They said they were a marketing firm doing research, but they wanted to talk to our employees directly, we asked them to send an email and if our employees want to participate in their survey, they will do so on their own

Following a request to conduct research on employee work habits, this marketing firm attempted to bypass company protocol by directly contacting our staff. We instructed them to email us instead, allowing employees to voluntarily participate in their survey on their own terms. An email was promised but never received.

Repetive calls from this number have been harrasing my workplace for 3 days, often multiple times daily, aproaching me to particpate in a suspect research study, we requested them to cease calling.
