A man, who introduced himself as Chris, made an aggressive demand to arrange a visit to my home to discuss loft insulation, and became abusive when I declined, indicating a clear need for this individual to be reported.
An automated voice identified himself as Chris from your local energy provider. The call was at 08:03. Suffolk.
The caller rang at 8:30am and immediately ended the call when it went to the answerphone, which is suspicious behaviour, especially given the same number had been used previously.

When I ansered the call, ther was an awkward silence, I beleive they use automated systems to dial numbers and if no operator is avalible, the call just goes quiet.
These individuals are perpetuating an insulation scam, contacting me at least twice daily. Despite blocking their numbers, they persist by using alternative ones. It is imperative that their activities are halted

When questioned about their repeated calls, especially after being told off last week, they abruptly ended the call. The other number used was 02038960260. I am considering arranging a meeting to confront them directly about their actions.
The phone rang, and upon answering, there was no one on the line. I can only speculate that another number picked up first.

The person on the other end of this number was reading from a script, and ignored my questions, I got fed up and hung up on them
It's time for OFCOM to step in and stop these scammers, they are getting out of hand
