The person on the other end of the line, supposidly from 3 mobile, was extremly dificult to understand and became aggresive when I declinded due to scam concerns, then proceded to hang up

The unfamiliar number did not leave a message, leading me to suspect it was a scam, and I have since blocked and reported it

As the phone number was unrecognizable, I chose not to answer, and since no message was left, I assumed it was a scam and blocked the number.
