Paying your water bill is like throwing money out the window, theres no contract or agreement, and peoples who pay it are just being ripped off, my advise is to just ignore this number and get on with your life, it's all just a money making scam...
It appears that the same individuals who claim to be from Severn Trent are actually the ones making the calls, duping people into thinking they are legitimate.
