Fortunately, Lloyds Bank acted swiftly to suspend and freeze my accounts, cards, and transactions in time. Never share your personal information over the phone.

A voicemail message allegedly from Lloyds Private Banking addressed me and my husband by name, mentioning our genuine consultant, but its legitimacy is questionable

An automated message claimed to be from Lloyds Bank regarding my account, but I dont actualy have a Lloyds account; when I tried to end the call, it immeadiately rang back several times.
