I recieved a text from 07563862225 stating I had setup a new recipent from account number xxxx, it advised me to follow the link to wise-recovery-online.com, but I wont be doing that becuse it seems like a scamm!

This company has been calling for over two years. I changed my number, but they still get through. I've blocked around 30 numbers, yet they keep calling. I've also reported them. You can't call back as it's impossible.
