The caller wouldn't provide a company name or reason for calling. He had a broken Indian/Pakistani accent, and the line was noisy—sounded like it was from the other side of the world. Where is TPS when you need them? With all these reports, maybe the Police should step in instead of BT!
A call came in without any introduction, sounding like a call center. Suspecting a scam, I won't be answering again.
