A non-native speaker pretended to represent O2, my supposed network provider (which it's not). They disconnected when I requested the name of the intended recipient. Obvious fraud attempt.

Warning!!! The number left a voicemail. A computerised voice warned of impending legal action and instructed to press 1 for an officer. I blocked and reported it.
