A call after 5 pm about housing repairs reached me, even though the office should have closed at that time – definitely a scam.

I missed a scam call, then called back and heard a Welsh‑accent message claiming to be from my landlord to check my satisfaction with their service. I blocked the number as it was clearly fraudulent.
They rang today saying they were contacting me on behalf of my landlord, but the call missed and the mailbox was full. If they call again I’ll answer, though it feels like a scam.
We got a so‑called Camden Council call asking if we were satisfied with their services – as if we were! The grounds crew only spends five minutes here, the caretakers mop once every six months, they never pick up litter, yet they dare to ask for feedback.
I received calls on two consecutive days; the first time I answered but couldn’t make out the lady’s words about a 12 o’clock appointment I never had. She hung up when I asked her to repeat, and a later call went to a voicemail in a Welsh accent claiming to be on behalf of my landlord – which I don’t have, so it’s clearly spam.
Someone pretended to represent Bernicia Housing and asked for details about the property and its neighbourhood.

Looks like a scam and spam.
Around 6 pm, a man named Oscar called from 07985563072 claiming to be from my local council (which normally closes at 4:30 pm) and wanted to run a quick area survey. I asked why it wasn’t mailed as usual, he seemed taken aback, and I declined, ending the call. I’m unsure about this and will mark it as unknown; council numbers are usually familiar to me.
Probably a spammy scam call.
No voicemail was left on the missed call, and I won’t be returning it.
