After requesting a callback from Halifax, I received a call from this number. When I asked where he was calling from, he mentioned the Philippines instead of the bank. He listed several bank names, including Halifax, so I told him I wanted to file a complaint. He then asked for my mobile number, even though he had just called me on it. I hung up – it was one of the strangest calls I’ve ever had!
