Given my recent interaction with Booking.com, it is likely that this number is part of a scam, as suggested by previous comments, and I did not answer the call while driving

Received missed calls right after a notification from booking.com about a recent booking enquiry. No voicemails were left.

Within 24 hours of making a booking on Booking.com, I received a scam call, suggesting either a data breach or a compromised system, prompting me to wonder if other individuals who booked the same property have experienced similar incidents.

They informed me over the phone that my reservation had been annulled.
