Mr. Emil claims to have access to numerous such investments across Europe, which is suspicious. It's advisable to verify all advertisements from Poland and Europe to confirm the nonexistence of such offers. If he asks for money in exchange for information, it's clear fraud. He should provide evidence of his office and activities, not just claim over coffee or across a restaurant table, especially when discussing millions of euros. Engaging with him could result in loss of time and money, and the telephone conversation itself is not pleasant, merely tempting with lucrative offers. Someone must have advised him that the OZE sector is booming and he's trying to capitalize on that.
