this is a Scam, not Play, they ask for password, and didnt introduce themself, and didnt say that conversation is reccorded
This is definitely a scam, not related to Play - first, they asked for a password when I requested to present an offer, second, they didn't introduce themselves by name, third, there was no formula stating that the conversation was being recorded, and fourth, if Play wanted my information, they would have told me to call their official contact number to verify.
In my opnion thats a scammer, posed as play, very rude, tries to convinces me to extend my internet contract, whitch i have allready on indefinate time
