Apparently, it's a call from Play with a very attractive offer to extend a contract, but they cannot present the details without first obtaining personal data, including PESEL number and ID number.
When you ANSWER the call, somtimes it get disconected becuse ther is no one on the othr side, this is usualy becaus play doesnt have enougth staff to handel the calls
