Unfortunately, I don't know who called. The person spoke in a strange language, saying they would send a letter about changing the electricity bill via postal mail. This seems suspicious to me, and I think the call was malicious and not from the electricity supplier.
Received a call from this individual on May 2nd, when everyone is supposed to be resting, supposedly on behalf of the electricity provider, trying to force a conversation
Posing as Energa, the call is allegedly recorded, but I request offers to be sent in writing and then block the number
On April 4, 2024, a woman claiming to be from Energa called, demanding personal info and becoming aggressive when refused, perhaps she should know that customers don't have to provide info over the phone and can be contacted through the company website
