Około trzy godziny temu dostałem wizytę od przedstawiciela handlowego, który okazał się być najzwyczajniejszym oszustem, później otrzymałem emaila z 1&1, z którym miałem(-- sic!) już do czynienia

Vor etwa drei Stunden kam eine Vertriebstante zu mir und log mir was vor, was ich erst später bemerkte, da ich die Bandaufnahme im Gespräch bereits widerrufen hatte, aber das jetzt ist noch schlimmer, da ich eine Mail von 1&1 erhalten habe, mit einem neuen Vertrag, den ich angeblich abgeschlossen habe, was ein Betrug ist, da ich nichts angeklickt habe, was mich sehr ärgert.

Called them back just to ask why they'd added the contract despite my clear refusal, and got verbally abused with remarks like: 'you should get yourself committed', that 'you're disabled and totally crazy', and '1&1 would be better off without you'. They make it impossible to cancel, and when you call, you're greeted by strange individuals who seem more at home in Shisha bars, attempting to prevent you from cancelling with lies and pressure tactics, insisting you accept alternative offers despite your explicit disinterest, and becoming irritated when you refuse, telling you to email instead, with the provided email address being nonexistent on their website and leading to a mailer daemon, a thoroughly unpleasant experience to be avoided at all costs!

Following a series of frustrating events, I was misled into signing a new contract instead of renewing my existing one with a tariff change and a new phone. The subsequent cancellation process was cumbersome. Afterwards, I attempted to terminate my contract entirely and transfer my phone number to a different provider, but this was unsuccessful due to an incorrect birthdate in their system since the beginning. Apparently, there was a mistake during the activation process, as the Telecommunications Act requires precise identity verification. To rectify the error, a registered letter with return receipt was necessary. It's more likely to win the lottery than to reach a German-speaking person in the hotline. Only the threat of involving the Federal Network Agency led to a resolution; the opt-out procedure was recorded, and I finally have peace.

Dieser Verein ist chaotisch. Zunächst wurde ein neuer Vertrag anstelle einer Verlängerung abgeschlossen, dann musste alles storniert werden. Als ich kündigen wollte, hatte die Firma mein Geburtsdatum falsch im System.

I am fed up with these fake contracts and constant phone calls, I just want to be left alone and not waste my money on useless investments, I want a peaceful resolution and will not recommend this number to anyone due to my bad experiences

Das ist das Letzte, was ich akzeptieren kann, da ich nicht mehr angerufen werden möchte und keine Fake-Verträge zahlen will, also möchte ich endlich Ruhe haben und nicht mehr von dieser Firma belästigt werden, was ich jedem wünsche, der ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht hat.

Diese Praxis ist völlig unakzeptabel! Ich bin nicht bereit, für falsche Verträge zu zahlen oder Mahnungen zu erhalten. Bitte rufen Sie mich nicht mehr an und lassen Sie mich in Ruhe.
