Natrętny telemarketing 1&1?

They keep calling me, but they cant even have a proper conversation, its really a shame, I dont even have words to discribe this, its just so pathetic, and thats a fact, alot of peoples are anoyed by them.

The customer advisors lies to you on purpose, so they can sell you new contracts, i was told that i will not be able to make calls and surf the internet soon, i just laugh and hang up, but next day they call me again

The customer servise representativs are lying to me, trying to make me by a new contract, they told me i wont be abble to make calls or surf the internet, i laughted and hung up, the next day they called me again, and said that the DSL will be shutdown becouse of the glas fiber instalation

Ich wurde gerade von einer Service-Mitarbeiterin am Telefon angeschrien, als ich klarstellte, dass ich kein Interesse an einem Angebot habe, und anschließend von der Leitung geworfen. Ein solches aggressive Verhalten habe ich bei keinem Dienstleister erlebt – wirklich frech. Ich bin entsetzt.

Der junge mann hatte keine ahnung, was roaming bedeutet, und zusätzlich wurden mir Artikel zu meinem Vertrag zugerechnet, wie bei datenkarten und norten, viruschutz. Diese Nummer ist sehr unserios.

It appears 1&1 has numerous representatives making calls to sell contracts, including one particularly rude young woman who called me, letting it ring until I answered, and then disregarded my complaint about the inconsiderate timing

Anscheinend hat 1&1 derzeit viele Vertreter, die versuchen, Kunden Verträge aufzudrängen. Heute hatte ich es mit einer jungen, frechen Frau zu tun, die mich bis zum Äußersten belästigte, nachdem ich nicht sofort abgenommen hatte. Als ich bemerkte, dass dies unangemessen sei, weil man annehmen muss, dass es um etwas Wichtiges geht, musste ich auch noch hören, dass mein Mittagsschlaf ihr egal sei und sie weiterhin anrufen werde. Ich finde es beschämend, dass 1&1 solche unverschämten Personen losschickt. Das spricht nicht gerade für die Seriosität des Unternehmens!
