Wir wollen hier unser Unbehagen über die Geschäftspraktiken von 1&1 und des zugehörigen Callcenters zum Ausdruck bringen. Als langjährige, zufriedene Kunden seit über zehn Jahren fühlen wir uns seit der letzten Vertragsverlängerung massiv betrogen. Während neue Kunden mit riesigen Rabatten lockt werden, erhalten langjährige Kunden überteuerte Verlängerungen, trotz zugesagtem Rabatt bei telefonischer Verlängerung, der nach Ablauf des Widerrufsrechts nicht gewährt wird. Das wirft erhebliche Zweifel an der Seriosität dieses unabhängigen Callcenters auf. Deshalb haben wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin gekündigt und behalten uns rechtliche Schritte vor. Zudem werden wir den Vorfall der Bundesnetzagentur und ggf. Medien melden. Nach all den Jahren sind wir sehr verärgert und raten dringend davon ab, ein Gespräch zu führen.

I am astonished by the sheer number of negative reviews regarding the customer service, particularly with representatives who barely speak our language, making communication nearly impossible. Despite this, they continue to call repeatedly. Fortunately, my contract is ending soon. It is noteworthy that 1&1 seems entirely uninterested in the comments on Tellows.

What we dislike is when they call uninvited, persistently trying to sell us more services. Cold calls are annoying and don't stop even when you politely ask to be removed from their system. In my opinion, this is an untrustworthy marketer using pushy tactics.

They lure you in with offers, but in reality, they demand high deposits. I'm telling you, it's definitely a scam. They only mention low prices initially to get you engaged in conversation. You'll soon realize how disappointing they are. Without a high deposit, they'll reject the contract, even though they regularly deduct payments. I just received a call, and the woman told me bluntly that as a DSL customer, I wouldn't get an iPhone even after six months without a deposit, despite being a reliable payer and having successful regular deductions. She didn't care, claiming they have no influence over it. You can try to deceive others, but not me. Honestly, if I had known earlier, I would have never spoken to them. So, stay away from these fraudsters.

Also, die sind echt zu aufdringlich! In nur einer Woche (heute ist Freitag) haben sie mich fünfmal angerufen! Man kann sie nicht blockieren, weil immer andere Nummern kommen. Wenn man sagt, man will keinen neuen Vertrag, verstehen die das nicht und reden weiter auf schlechtem Deutsch. Echt nervig, lass mich in Ruhe! Mein nächster Vertrag wird definitiv nicht über 1&1 laufen, das ist klar, ya.

It seems their demeanor changes drastically when they have something to sell, as they treat customers with great kindness. However, once they've achieved their goal, their attitude shifts. Moreover, when dealing with customers who struggle to speak the language, they employ deceitful tactics. The thought of these individuals facing consequences brings me a sense of inner peace.

It appears that the company's employees are trying to deceive customers into switching tariffs at every opportunity, thus extending contract durations by two years. Every interaction with them seems to involve being cheated and lied to.
