For three months, our household has been plagued by a persistent company, whose representative becomes belligerent and rude when questioned about their intentions. Despite claims that their calls are not recorded, numerous emails have been sent with the invoice attached, only to be met with an incorrectly addressed response, this time to a 'Matt'.
