They knew your name, probably pulled from a data breach, to sound legit and pressure you. Hang up, block the number, and never share personal info. If you’re ever unsure, call the official company using a number from their website, not the one that called you. Keep an eye on your accounts for any odd activity.
I have received several calls; they knew my name and I asked why their number appeared as "Suspected SCAM" via Samsung SmartCall, then they hung up.
