Called the bank on another number and they said this number is legit, they're cancelling our current credit card due to suspisious activity. Great service!
This is not a scam - aparently it's some extention for a bank security centre service. They cover a bunch of credit card services, including Virgin Money Visa. I tryed to make a legit transaction, but it looked dodgy to the bank, so they blocked my card. Called the card centre to sort it out, and they unblocked it, but I guess the security service must've gotten wind of it. Got a call from this number the next day, and they said it was security following up on the transaction to make shure my card hadn't been scammed.
This dude called asking for an employee, claimed he was from Coles. Wanted to do an employment verification, seemed sus to me

Picked up the phone and the woman on the other end was whisperin, asked her whats goin on and she just kept whisperin. Got so sick of it, hung up
Scam alert! Aplied for a credit card through Suncorp, and they called saying they needed more info. Answered a couple of questions, but then I got suspisious and told the guy I'd call 'em back through the number on the app. He told me to call the 1300 number instead, but I called the Suncorp number and they said they hadn't made any calls to my number. 100% scam.
