The lady on the phone was a bit pushy about it, but I told her to call me back later 'cause I was at work. I reckon thats why they called - they left a message saying they were from Coles Mastercard.

Took 'em a few tries to get through to me, but they said they were from Citibank and that someone had tryed to hack my internet banking. They ofered to reset my account or have me call the general number on the back of my debit card, which I did. I'm pretty shure it's a real Citi number, but just to be safe, you might wanna hang up and call the contact centre yourself.

The lady on the phone knew all the deets from my aplication, and she wasn't asking for any personal info. Just wanted to follow up on some stuff. Got a text from Qantas like 5 mins later saying my app was aproved, so it all checks out.
