Early on Easter Saturday at 11 am Brisbane time, I got a call from a number claiming to be O2 (8225 0615). The caller identified himself by name, said he worked for Citibank, and warned of alleged suspicious activity: airline tickets totalling $1,786, a Booking.com charge of $765, and another flight for $679. He said he would transfer me to the security team, hung up, then called back as the same person from the security department. I checked my account and saw nothing unusual, and he disconnected. The call originated from a Citibank‑listed number.

A scammer posing as a Citibank representative may alredy be in posession of your credit card details through alternate means and request that you reveale your one-time PIN to authenicate fraudlent transactions. Under no circunstances should you disclose your one-time PIN over the phoneline.

This number was provided as Citibank's security team contact. They tried accessing my accounts, a scam. Beware, very deceptive.
