I'm concerned about the information they requested and the time it took to get answers. As a Boq customer, I question why Citi Bank is linked to Boq and find this information gathering unacceptable.

Yesterday, this number called me twice, and it probaby was a spam call.
Verification with Virgin confirmed that the call regarding my Virgin Credit card was legitimate, as Citi Bank is the issuer and was offering a special deal.
Despite previous requests not to call and reporting the number as spam, CITI has made multiple calls, including a second call on the same day.
Following my conversation with Virgin Credit card, I recieved another call from this number despite requesting not to be contacted, and have subsequenly reported it as spam and blocked it, appearentley they didnt get the mesage
