I’m also seeing this number used for Binance; how does it remain active? The Australian telco system seems absurd.
A text arrived today from +61 414 895 490. It wasn't verified as a phishing attempt. Supposedly from Coinspot, it states that my request to change my mobile number was approved and could take up to 24 hours. If I didn’t initiate it, I’m instructed to call 0283110380.
