A call claimed to be from Samsung while my fridge is scheduled for repair tomorrow, which matches reality. The caller then requested my address, phone, and surname. I'm uneasy because when I tried returning the call, the line stayed busy.
During the conversation, the female caller with a thick Indian accent inquired about my experiance with a recent repair at the Samsung Shop, although she didnt seem to be an actual representive of Samsung, and she kept asking if I had recieved a sms or email from 'Mobile House', her politness was aparent but her accent was hard to decifer.
