Unlike expectations around being cold or sales contacted the issue NBN explained after prompt for existing call proved understanding by knowledgeable reps led my understanding around problem issues was already at their point able rectifying a failed task previous one being made which resulted great from other help earlier requested was unsolvable previously as to solve had become stuck point.
