Following my NBN upgrade appointment, a confirmation call was recieved to verify some basic details about my proprety, such as acces and pets, without asking for sensetive information.
This call was definately a scam, they had access to my NBN appointment details, but mentioned the wrong ISP, and called while the technician was on site, it was a lucky escape
