Scam call alert – fake government or Visa warnings!

This 'Visa security' scam is using automated voices, thats pretty convinient for them

I only heard an automated message from Visa security department before i hang up the phone

This is clearly a fraudulent attempt to deceive or manipulate the recipient.

This is undoubtedly a scam, as a suspicious voice recording claiming to be from the Australian government left a message on my voicemail with supposedly important information, prompting me to block the number.

I've recieved many call's from similiar number's, i dont answer them no more and they never leave a message, i asume they are scammer's

Upon answering, it became clear this was a scam; the best course of action is to immediately hang up and block the number.

A recorded message from this number claimed to be from the Visa security centre, stating there were suspicious overseas transactions and asking me to press 1 if they were unauthorized.

I answered the call, and it was a automatic message, saying the australian government have a important message for me, but it's definately a scam

The caller claimed that my IP address had been changed from private to public, trying to convince me that my home network was at risk, and even provided a fake employee number.
