It's appearent that these are scammers, they have contacted me over 25 times from multiple diferent phone numbers, all with the same arlcollect nonsence, I just hang up.
Initially, the caller claimed to be from ARL and was recording the conversation, but when informed that the conversation was also being recorded, they became uncomfortable and requested personal information, which was refused, leading to the termination of the call.
