Credit Corp is only allowed to call a limited number of times. Take a screenshot and keep a record, then report it to the ACCC. Remember, your contract is with the bank or institution, not Credit Corp. Avoid giving your name and don't let them pressure you into a payment plan. If they contact your relatives, you can file a harassment claim with state authorities under stalking laws. They operate unethically and are not above the law.
Credit Corp is not allowed to contact you more than seven times in seven days, thats the law, so take screenshots of the calls and email them to yourself, if they breech this, contact a law autority.
