So I was dealing with CFS, typed a bunch of info and then it vanished—talk about frustrating, yeah. A March 4, 2020 message flagged a PIN problem, which spooked me since I’d just gotten a new credit card and was paying a Coles online order. The charge did go through and I later got an email from CFS confirming the payment. When I clicked the sketchy link in the SMS, my browser couldn’t find it, so I gave up. Hope this helps anyone later.
