In my opinion, Pioneer credit is a scum of the earth, they chase vulnerable people for credit card debts of the highly profitable big banks, firstly the banks insure these debts fully, then they claim the amount as a reparable write off for taxes purposes, it's utterly disgusting
Pioneer Credit utilizes this number for their consultants to contact clients.
