A caller identified as ID 677969 said they were from AGL, trying to arrange a gas connection for a commercial suite we don’t use, and requested personal details and one‑time codes, which raised concerns.

Seems like Gail from AGL kept ringing, leaving voicemails about an electricity bill for a property we manage, yet the shop number she gave is bogus. She warned of disconnection if unpaid, but we’ve never signed with AGL, man.

Multiple calls have instructed me to return a call to 1300 949 462 about an electricity account tied to a property my company manages, yet the shop number doesn't exist and they threatened disconnection; my firm has no contracts with AGL.

We received a call from a commercial office claiming we needed to give details to renew electricity, even though we never set up an account after the prior tenants left last year. We've been at this location for 15 years. Definitely a scam.
