This seems to be a scam where he contacted me on Grindr, posing as a genuine US citizen with a passport and photos. He attempted to scam $13,600 for artwork from China but was unsuccessful. Using the name Kyle Stuart Jackson, he deceived me.
This number has been spoofed. They claim to be from the U.S. Army and mention a painting from the 1940s, but we found it’s actually from 2007 and available on Amazon. Report this number to the authorities if contacted via "WhatsApp".
It appears to be a scam, as the number is inactive and the caller also tries to contact via WhatsApp; a male voice attempts to execute a pickup scam, so blocking is recommended.
This is definatly a scam, the number is not even active and they contact through WhatsApp, I recomend blocking them
