An obvious scammer identified herself as Louisa, followed by a man named Stuart; both stammered when I demanded their real names and the call ended in an awkward silence.
Go Switch keeps cold‑calling me with unsolicited offers. Apparently I gave them my details back on 23/09/2016 for a better deal, and now they claim to have arranged my electricity with AGL – funny, because I was with AGL for 20 years until six months ago. Very annoying; I’ve asked to be removed from their list and will see if that works.
After calling the number again, I got a voicemail stating I had reached GoSwitch.
