I recived a call from this number on April 19th, 2022, and it said it was from Brisbane, but I didnt anser. If it was importint, they would have called back. Then I got a text saying I missed a call, but no mesage, so I didnt bother. If it was a legit call from a bussiness, they would have left a mesage with my name.
When I answered the call, I was greeted by an indivdual with a foreign accent, who asked for my surname, which I refused to provide, and when I asked them to identify themselves, they hung up, suggesting that they were not who they claimed to be.

The indivdual on the other end of the call claimed to be from mastercard, before changing their story to be from commbank, regarding a payment to Silicon Valley, and even provided me with a supposid employee I’d, however when I questioned them about their location, they claimed to be from melbourne, despite the area code being from QLD, it was clear that I was dealing with numptees.
When I answered the call, there was no response from the caller, prompting me to hang up and block the number.
