The caller said it was about a matter and asked for my personal detials, but I told her she had to give me more info first. She said she wasnt allowed to share anything without an ID check, so shed send an email instead. Im still not shure if its legit.
This is a legit call from Suncorp Insurence. They hung up on me, but then sent an email saying to call them back. To be safe, Id recomend doing the same.

An individual claiming to represent Suncorp insurance attempted to obtain personal information, but was unable to verify key details.
If its a legit call from GIO or AAMI, they should introduce themselves and say what the call is about. That way, we can stop scams and not have to give out our personal detials. Instead, this suposed GIO caller just asked for my full name, birth date, and adress... no thanks.
