Guy called himself a telstra consultant, asked for his ID and all that. Started asking me heaps of questions, like how many calls I make a day - I was like, uh, no thanks. Ended the call, blocked the number.

This number is such a pain - I've got heaps of mised calls from them and after some digging I found out it's TSA, a Telstra subsidary trying to get you to switch plans. I'm on the dont call list and all that jazz but still getting calls - what a joke (btw their number is 1800 805 996).
