Expert Opinion
It seems like the number +6194665932 is being used by scammers posing as representatives from the National Broadband Network (NBN). They often claim to be offering a new modem upgrade and request a small fee, typically $4.99, to proceed. Users have reported calls from this number, and another similar one, (08) 9466 5936, where the callers introduce themselves as Simon and Eric Jackson. These calls are almost certainly scams, as evidenced by the use of a Gmail address for NBN communications. If you receive a call from this number, be wary. Do not share any personal information or payment details. If the offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. Always verify such offers through official NBN channels before taking any action.
