She claimed to be a Westpac employee named Jeniffer, and the display read "Westpac New Zealand," which felt deceptive. She refused to give a surname when I asked, then asked me to call the same number back. When I mentioned I might visit a nearby Westpac branch, she sounded panicked, so I ended the call.
