This announcement in the staircase is deceiving people. I fell for it myself, thinking it was the housing department, and I called an electrician. The number didn't bother to check online. All I needed was to connect a socket with a switch. The electrician arrived with just a multimeter and announced that the socket diagnostic would cost 5900 rubles. That's when I caught on. I kicked the guy out. Interestingly, he himself tore down the announcement in the staircase. It was also suspicious that when I left a request, different dispatchers kept calling back, not just one, and they were clarifying the work details.
