They are scamers, posting ads in entrances about being a dispetcher service, they come and charge crazy prices - 74 000 rubles for changing a tap

These individuals are impersonating official DEZ services, but they are not legitimate

Beware of these scammers who post ads in stairwells for plumbing and electrical work. They have no license, don't provide receipts, and there's no way to contact them. Avoid them at all costs.

Например, стоимость "работы" мошенника по замене одной, мелкой резиновой прокладки в смесителе на кухне, оценивается ими в 6 тыс. руб.!, а установка электрической розетки - в 30 тыс. руб.! Если "лох" начинает протестовать, то устраивается скандальный спектакль с визгами, о том, что "мастер" сейчас "вызовет полицию"! Совет для "лохов", которые любят читать всю грязь на дверях, столбах и заборах: Если вы решите рискнуть и пригласить в свою квартиру неизвестного бандита с улицы, то, уж, сразу у двери, в прихожей, договаривайтесь с ним о цене его "услуги". После того, как он начнет ковыряться у вас в унитазе или в электрощитке, будет уже ПОЗДНО! Вы ПОПАЛИ на развод!
