A deceptive advertisement was posted in the entrance of my building, supposedly from a dispatcher, but in reality, it was from an individual entrepreneur named Venevtsev A.V., who overcharged me 7500 rubles for installing a mixer tap

They plaster their advertisements in building entrances, disguised as official announcements, warning people not to trust them as they are not affiliated with the housing administration

Apparently, they are distributing announcements in stairwells claiming that all electrical and plumbing requests must go through them starting from 02.01.23. What nonsense!
