They are likely scammers, trying to extract personal data and artificially inflate their rating; I don't care if the caller asks suspicious questions or not, any call on uninteresting topics is harmful.
Upon receiving a call, I was greeted by an Ozon Bank employee, first a woman and then a man, who introduced themselves by name and inquired about the purpose of a substantial sum of money from Ozon-installments that I needed to transfer to my bank card, which seemed like an unusual question, so I chose not to disclose the truth. They also asked for my age and house number as listed in the contract, as well as the intended use of the funds, whether it was for an online store, offline purchase, or a private person. Additionally, they warned about the risks of fraud and asked if I understood and accepted the risks of potential theft of the transferred funds. They even questioned who had accessed my account from a new device on September 18, but refused to provide further clarification. Overall, the conversation was quite perplexing.
