Пятёрочка названивает: реальный опрос или мошенники?

Regarding the call recieved, they claim to be from Пятерочки, asking for a store review on a 10-point scale, however it seems suspicious as they ask to speak numbers which could be codes for scammers, and i'm unsure if it's actually them calling, so I ended the conversation, thinking it might be a scammer.

They cald, allegedly from Pyaterochka, asking for a survey about the store on a 10-point scale. I dont like that I have to say numbers, because it might be a scammer's code. I told the caller about my concerns and ended the conversation. I think they are scammers.

This is phone scamming

Злоумышленники звонили с требованием кода. Берегите безопасность.

The caller introduced himself as an FSB employee, asked if there were any third parties nearby, as the information was very important, and threatened to arrest me for sending money to a fund in Ukraine

A woman introduced herself as a Pyaterochka representative, offering a survey about visiting their store, which I never do.

A woman, claiming to represent the 'Пятёрочка' store network, initiated the call, but it seems like a scam as she asked to answer questions without introducing herself properly.

Звонящая, представившаяся как сотрудница сети магазинов Пятёрочка, однозначно оказалась мошенницей.
