Операторы требуют паспортные данные, информацию о доходах или «актуализацию» счета, обещая решить проблему. Не стоит отвечать на такие запросы, даже если звонящий назвал ваше имя. Лучше сразу повесить, зайти в официальное приложение банка и проверить уведомления. Заблокируйте номер в телефоне и сообщите о попытке обмана в службу поддержки Тинькофф и в Роскомнадзор. Помните: банк никогда не просит конфиденциальные данные по телефону. Если вы уже передали сведения, немедленно поменяйте пароли в личном кабинете, отключите автоплатежи и обратитесь в полицию. Регулярно проверяйте выписки, чтобы вовремя заметить подозрительные списания.
